DRY ST SYSTEM

Enclosure system built on dry surfaces using sandwich panels combined with the ventilated facade. It is based on a sequential constructive process – different layers are assembled together, ending up working as an integrated wholes. Easy to dismantle and fully recoverable, increasing its versatility.

Among all the dry systems, DRY ST is characterized by:

  • NON structural profile. It requires a supporting structure at the rear in order to be attached.
  • Ideal for projects with a limited space for facade exits.
  • Perfect for heavyweight cladding.

CONSTRUCTIVE PROCESS DRY INVERT SYSTEM

1
CORBEL ARRENGEMENT AND STEEL STRUCTURE

3

Adjustable corner supports called corbels are used to transmit the vertical loads of the substructure to the main support. These are made of galvanized shaped steel S275JR and are mechanically fixed to the ceiling with high load capacity clamps.

VERTICAL PROFILES

5

The substructure is formed by vertical extruded aluminium profiles (6005A T6 alloy). The are fixed edge to edge of the framework through corbels and they transmit the load from the facade to the main support.

SANDWICH PANELS

6

An initial insulation layer is placed behind the vertical substructure. It is made by sandwich panels made of pre-lacquered galvanized steel of 0.5mm thick, with an insulating core made of rock wool, PUR or PIR, according to CTE requirements. Vertical profiles are fixed to the substructure using self-tapping screws that include EPDM rubber between the panel and the profile in order to guarantee the tightness of the system and the thermal bridge break.

INNER INSULATION

9

An insulation protection is placed on the internal reinforcement to complement the system. Normally it is made of rockwool insulation. After that, a new sheet of plasterboard is placed to improve the acoustic behaviour and finishing the whole ensemble.

HORIZONTAL SUBSTRUCTURE

The horizontal substructure is fixed over the vertical profiles using self-tapping screws, clamps... The finishing material will be fixed over this ensemble S

DRY ST. SYSTEM PANELLING

PORCELAIN STONEWARE

The exterior panelling of the DRY ST system is a ventilated facade made of porcelain stoneware.

Horizontal aluminium tracks are fixed over the posts of the system using self-tapping stainless steel screws. Over this we place ceramic using stainless steel clamps and super flat screws that can be seen or hidden. Both the clamp and the tube can be lacquered in black in order to avoid glare on the joints.

You can use any format of ceramic available on the market with this system.

EXTRUDED SLAT

The exterior panelling of the DRY ST system is a ventilated facade made of aluminium extruded slat.

Aluminium sheets are fixed over the posts of the system using self-tapping stainless steel screws. You can customize aluminium slats. You can design different geometries to give an unique look to the facade. It can have a lacquered of anodized finish.

This material can be perforated to allow the flow of air inside the building or to install backlight on the facade.

CORRUGATED SHEETS

The exterior panelling of the DRY ST system is a ventilated facade made of corrugated sheets.

Horizontal aluminium tracks are fixed over the posts of the system using self-tapping stainless steel screws. Over this we place corrugated sheets using self drilling screws or rivets.

Using this system, you can place the sheets horizontally over the main structure. There are plenty of finishes and designs available in the market, and you can use both aluminium and steel sheets. These sheets can be lacquered, anodised or galvanised.

STONE

The exterior panelling of the DRY ST system is a ventilated facade made of stone.

Horizontal aluminium tracks are fixed over the posts of the system using self-tapping screws. Over this we place groove stone edge and it is fixed to the upper part using an anti-tipper system that moves alongside the track. This system allows you to dismantle any stone part individually.

Any type of stone can be used, if and when their properties can be used on a ventilated facade: sandstone, limestone, granite or even marble,
